Reporting to the Manager of IT, the Sr Information Security Engineer for IAM supports the integrity and safety of information within the Conagra domain in a managed services environment. You will manage the continual improvement of IAM lifecycle management through design and implementation of best practices, adherence to company standards and oversight of activities. The Sr Information Security Engineer for IAM will be a thought leader assisting access administration and identity management teams and will be a focal point for technical IAM issues in the organization.
You Will:
Define technical requirements and solutions to support IAM functionality throughout the Conagra enterprise
Be the advanced level technical contact to address complex issues related to identity lifecycle management and supporting solutions
Manage, configure, and monitor enterprise Identity Governance and Administration tool
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on IAM strategy and roadmap design
Contribute to development of role-based access controls and procedures
Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted environment
Experience with management and design of cloud-based Identity Providers and enterprise level cloud computing environments
Be the technical IAM liaison for projects and audit support
Review and update applicable governance documentation related to IAM requirements and processes
Work without direction to support IAM related security engagements and projects
Work cross-functionally with business units and technical teams on complex identity lifecycle management
Retain and improve upon a high level of technical acumen and best practices around management and administration of IAM solutions within Conagra
You Have:
Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Security, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology
5+ years in IT with experience in a security function or relevant experience
Strong experience with MS Entra ID (Azure AD)
Ability to define and create technical roadmaps and project plans for IAM program development and growth
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to audiences of various technical levels
Experience in planning, deployment and use of various IGA and PAM solutions in large enterprise environments
Knowledgeable of integration between on premise and cloud-based directory and identity solutions
Ability to define project plans and lead projects
Ability to travel up to 10%

Compensation:
Pay Range:$90,900-$132,300The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
