Kforce has a client in Waltham, MA that is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Responsibilities: * In this role, the Senior Infrastructure Engineer will produce significant output with minimal wasted effort * Evaluate competing priorities, select intelligently and plan appropriately * Structure and process data and draw conclusions * Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative * Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including e-mail * Acts without being told what to do; Brings new ideas to the company * Reaches out to peers and cooperates with leaders to establish an overall collaborative working relationship * Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of company's infrastructure: System - Network - Database - Data Center - Cloud * The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is expected to show leadership to and mentor less experienced engineers/administrators * Design, install, configure, maintain, patch, and perform system integration testing of all Systems, Network, Database resources
