Senior Infrastructure Service Lead
**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** TheSenior Infrastructure ServiceLead ​is expected tobe able to: + Provide thought leadership to team of network engineers and systems administrators spread across the globe, activelyidentifyingopportunities for improvement including innovations aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, and lowering sustainment costs. + Experience supportingDevSecOps-enabled delivery methodologies, technologies, platforms, and/or pipelines. + Experience supporting services within the scope of this Task Order for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICs environments.Experience delivering executive-level technical briefings and presentations. + Responsible for the following to ensure 24X7 operations of DIA’s Network: + Operations, Maintenance, Sustainment, and Availability Support + Security Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance + Incident, Problem, Outage, and Trouble Management + Data Center Management + Communications Security (COMSEC) Infrastructure Support + Provide inputs to the design of the enterprise’s network and mission architecture + Evaluate network architectures across platforms to ensure alignment to cloud and network modernization strategies, capabilities and requirement sets + Enforce security best practices and guidelines,leveragingknowledge of security policies, network security, and data security. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + ActiveTop-SecretClearance with a CI Poly + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, suchas data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.  + Demonstratedexperience in collecting,acquiring, extracting, integrating, inspecting,cleaning, and modeling data.Have a minimum of 5 years in data analysisexperience. + Possess knowledge and experience with data analysis and datatechnicalexpertisein data management, engineering, and science. + Must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership andconflict management, and critical thinking skills. + Demonstrated experiencein transitioning applications to IC Information Technology Environment (ITE) andin-depth knowledge of IC ITE services. + Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent + IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 4 Foundation and one or more ITIL Practice Manager, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader certifications towards ITIL mastery. + One or more DoDD 8140.01 (or legacy DoDI 8570.01-M, as applicable) certifications related to performance on this TO. **Overview** We are seeking aSenior Infrastructure ServiceLead,responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of an organization's IT infrastructure,to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). TheSenior Infrastructure Service Leadisresponsible foradministering,maintaining, supporting, remediating, and available 24 hours per day, seven days per week (24 x 7) to support internal DIA users and external mission partnersoperatingon NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS. Infrastructure will support access to DIA’s local special mission partner networks (e.g., JIANT/SOIS, BICES, CENTRIXS, etc.). Supported assets and operations include, but are not limited to, servers, hosting environments, compute, storage, infrastructure, networks, COMSEC, circuits,DevSecOpsplatforms and pipelines, virtualization (both server and endpoint), and mission operations.
