Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Overview
The Senior Infrastructure Specialists will have a primary focus on endpoint management to ensure our IT infrastructure is robust and secure. This role will establish technical standards for laptops, iPads and mobile devices and design and manage the imaging, application deployment and patching processes; Ownership and responsibility for the Service Desk and Hardware Depot will be expected. Responsibilities: Establish technical standards, the design and implementation process for imaging, deploying applications, patching and provisioning laptops and mobile devices via Intune.  Design, configure and maintain endpoint security features, such as antivirus, encryption, and endpoint detection and response.  Conduct system monitoring to ensure compliance. Lead endpoint-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, finding opportunities to enhance solutions with best practices and innovative technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science  6+ years of work experience in IT Endpoint Device Management experience required Intune experience preferred Microsoft Azure, Powershell, and 365 Administration experience Familiarity with supplier/service provider selection and management #m3
