Ferguson is seeking a Senior Installation Manager to join our operations team!

General areas of responsibility include providing leadership for the organization's customer-facing associates and branch functions. This includes providing competent installation capacity to support the sales of finished goods and ensuring that existing program tools and processes are consistently implemented to maintain program integrity.

ResponsibilitiesDirect reports: 1 Scheduling Manager, 4 Scheduling Coordinators and 8 installers.Manage 20 to 25 additional 3rd party Subcontractors.Collaborate sales calls and showroom consultations with outside sales to secure new businessManage financial aspects of install/scheduling to meet company goals.Work across multiple KOB’s – HVAC, appliances, cabinets, lighting, DIV10 etc.Manages 3PL relations regarding pricingLead field supervisor(s)Manages outside contractors if project activities are sub-contractedConsult with associates and customers at job sitesPerform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are usedVerify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation is completed and accurateManage installation related issues and provide solutionsPlan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlinesDirect or coordinate activities of project personnelWork with branch trainer and manager(s) to ensure delivery and install processes are maintainedParticipate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies and guidelines to the management teamConduct regular associate meetingsRepresent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as neededRecruit, hire and train new installers.

Qualifications5+ years experience leading a team of installers & scheduling to include interacting with customers is requiredExperience working with third party sub-contractorsDemonstrated experience using standard hand tools, electric tools and motorized and/or manual lifting devicesContinued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practicesAttention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

Pay Range:

$7,425.00 - $16,133.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
