Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following (other duties may be assigned),

Uses best practices in installation techniques for new construction and replacement projects. Installs products ordered.Interpret job installation reportsTreat all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.Maintain neat job-site practicesReview job work order assignment calendar and review route.Work independently on fulfilling assignmentsAssess installation and repair projects Communicate with the service department on any changes to orders needed. Take photos of issuesEnsure the product is in working order to customer satisfaction.Respond to additional customer requests. Adhere to policies and procedures for documentation.

 

Qualifications

Senior Installer

 

To perform this job successfully:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);5 years of related experience and/or training;NYS Driver’s LicenseMechanically inclined with an emphasis on construction and serviceResidential construction and millwork experience a plusFrequent standing and heavy lifting routinely required

Senior Installer - Responsible for traveling to pre-scheduled appointments to install replacement windows, doors, and other millwork products.

 

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $30.00 - $35.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law
