Senior Institutional Sales Analyst
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Institutional Sales Analyst in the banking industry, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role places you at the heart of our team, where you will be responsible for various tasks, including supporting institutional sales efforts, organizing marketing events, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Provide effective support for various tasks in the absence of the Head of Institutional • Act as the representative of the US Institutional business line, ensuring that the Client Relationship Management tool is updated and well-maintained • Produce, maintain, and monitor the communication budget • Assist in the organization of marketing events and conferences • Handle the production of annual sales budgets and deliver all necessary sales reports • Carry out research and gather data intelligence on the US Institutional market • Assist in the finalization of proposal answers when required • Act as a liaison with marketing, compliance, and finance teams • Maintain a folder with appropriate marketing material • Address ad hoc requests as they arise. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Knowledge of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document. • Proven track record in sales, with experience in annual sales, sales forecasting, and sales finance. • Experience in budgeting and financial planning. • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and CRM Marketing. • Experience in institutional sales within a banking environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze sales statistics and identify areas of improvement. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous. • Willingness to continually update knowledge of the industry and the latest trends.
