As a Senior Instructional Designer, you'll craft innovative, interactive training programs that empower our employees to excel. What are we looking for:\n\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.\nFive (5) years of professional, corporate experience designing complex, instructionally sound training programs using multiple delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia-enhanced), required.\nExperience creating technical training programs is preferred.\nProficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia, required.\nDemonstrated experience creating content outlines (COs) and high-level design documents (HLDDs) to guide the development of structured training, required.\nHands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, and troubleshooting, required.\nProficiency in incorporating multimedia assets (e.g., audio, video, graphics) to enhance learning content, required.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required.\nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\n\n

The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe, at the time of posting, to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry, and roles of similar responsibility and level.
