Wood Digital Consulting (DC) is seeking expression of interest applications for a Senior Instrument Designer with experience in CAD Instrument Drafter in the oil and gas industry to support one of our UK projects due to start in November 2024.

This 4 year project forms part of a 5 year client contract with a potential and likely 3 year extension.

The role is intended as home based with the option to work from any Wood office in the UK if preferred, mobility and travel to customer sites and face to face meetings with colleagues will be expected as required.

Must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

This person must be capable of working with minimal direct supervision and have experience of taking site surveys. 

Will be working with the project Instrument Design Engineers to design all the instrument and control works assigned and ensure all drafting works are completed in accordance with the approved project schedule, standards and within allocated man-hours.
