Senior Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design and Approval: Responsible for the design, preparation, and approval of all instrumentation work, project-specific standards, and job notes. Ensure engineering activities comply with project procedures, standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Project Coordination: Review and approve project schedules with the Project Engineer, prepare and manage instrument indexes and requisitions, attend coordination meetings, and ensure all engineering operations are completed within budgeted manhours and schedules. Document Management: Review and approve all instrument drawings, supplier documents, and technical bid analyses. Assist in preparing general notes requisitions, control/safety system requirements, and ensure certified drawings are available on time. Collaboration and Reporting: Liaise with the Chief Instrument Engineer, Procurement Department, and other engineers to address technical issues, provide progress reports, assist in contract changes, and follow up on instrumentation construction work. Stay updated on industry developments and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost. Qualifications:
BSc, BEng or BTech/ NDip with equivalent experience In-Tools 6.0 or Higher Knowledge, skills and experience:
8 Years minimum experience
