Senior Integration Analyst

Zycus is looking for a Senior Integration Analyst with 2to 5 years of experience to manage integration projects for our procurement software. The ideal candidate should have experience with middleware tools like SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Oracle OCI, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms, along with familiarity with e-procurement systems (P2P/S2P) such as SAP/Oracle ERP, SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa, Ivalua, JAGGAER, or related solutions. You’ll collaborate with Technical Architects, Consultants, and Directors to deliver seamless end-to-end implementations.
Responsibilities: Design, configure, consult and integrate Zycus products with client's ERP Systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle etc.. Integration of Zycus products with ERP / Legacy System/ SAP and communicate with the internal team for the required customization. Involvement in Presales process on integration perspective. Providing Techno-Functional support to team and clients for end to end integration implementation. Depending upon the project need candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts. Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the Zycus Solution and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s integration needs. Work with customer to gather integration requirements on Zycus application/s (like Sourcing, Contract management, Supplier management, Procurement, P2P etc.) Understanding ERP Systems(SAP/Oracle/Peoplesoft etc.) of customers on the integration perspective. Involving in mapping of Integration requirements with the existing product APIs/File-Based solutions and perform gap analysis. Involving in documenting LLD & HLD as per the requirements. Work on all aspects of deployment including business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user / supplier set-up and testing support. Work with the Project Manager to ensure deliverables are on-time, increase efficiency and resolve issues for customers. Work with customers and internal stakeholders while participating and facilitating testing including User Acceptance Testing. Evaluate and suggest innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements.
