Senior Integration Engineer (Workday)

We are currently in search of a Senior Integration Engineer (Workday) to join our Technology team in Grapevine, TX. This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of all Workday integrations. This role will also partner with stakeholders across the business to build solutions to complex challenges, mitigate risk, reduce waste, and ultimately provide the best UX to GameStop associates.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work across different teams and thrive in fast-paced environment. This role is an individual contributor role and reports to the Senior Manager, HR Technology.

This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX 5 days a week.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Sustain large collection of existing Workday integrations· Monitor dozens of existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.· Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective action measures.· Create and maintain detailed integration specifications and mappings to support the integration life-cycle· Continuous Improvement· Work with business stakeholders and HR business partners to discuss challenges, identify solutions, and to build/implement solutions.· Partner with the Workday configuration team to ensure seamless E2E solutions are built/implemented.· Work cross functionally with engineers from other teams to build/sustain people data export needs to external systems.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor degree from an accredited program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience required.· Demonstrated proficiency in Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, BIRT)· Demonstrated knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, JSON, REST, SAML, and web services.· Experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Recruiting· Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) for custom solutions.· Proficient written and verbal communication skills using spoken English, including the ability to explain complex ideas to others with varying levels of expertise throughout the organization.· Ability to organize and prioritize job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities· Consistently demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, Data security/privacy protocols, and ethical responsibilities.· Must be available and willing to work outside of standard business hours, as needed.
