We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support NMP/PDx integration efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to enable successful and timely integration of NMP and PDx. In this role, you will work with a large cross-functional team within GEHC and NMP to drive tactical and strategic activities that enable us to deliver on the deal value, or partnership goals, and meet key business metrics.

In this role you will:
Support and report to NMP/PDx Integration Lead.Work closely with the GMs of NMP and PDx, Integration Leads and other stakeholders to develop detailed integration project plans and identify critical milestonesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive all required activities in various domains (e.g. IT, QARA, R&D, MA, finance, legal, etc.)Drive day-to-day execution of program tasks, resolve roadblocks and organizational interdependencies,Manage program scope, track budget, metrics, and timelinesIdentify and anticipate risks, work to develop mitigation plansServe as a key point of contact for NMP and ensure their teams are supported adequately during the transition or partnership periodManage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executivesBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldA minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product development, program management, and/or related field, leading cross functional programs, life-cycle management, and/or large global projects (OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience)Business Level of both English and JapaneseEligibility Requirements:
