+ Leverage your knowledge and experience to mentor and coach and help grow other members of the team **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related technical field. + 5+ years’ experience working in an IT Analyst (or equivalent) capacity + Experience in working and collaborating with business and cross-functional teams + Expertise in writing/troubleshooting PL/SQL statements and in-depth familiarity with database operations + Ability to lead requirement discussions, brainstorming, and design discussions + Ability to quickly learn and implement new skills, technologies, frameworks, and tools + Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills + Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong work ethic and ability to act as a self-starter **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies (Story Pointing, Grooming, Planning, etc.) + Experience with full project implementation from concept to production support + Knowledge of Supply Chain services, strategy, processes, and tools + Experience in supporting back-end systems for Quoting, Order Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (Knowledge of Oracle EBS Forms is a plus) + Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies + Familiarity or working experience with Integration-centric technologies - cXML, JSON, EDI X12, SFTP, SOAP, and RESTful based Web Services The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
