Senior Intel Analyst
**Overview** SENIOR INTEL ANALYST (AFNTI) Bowhead is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to provide support to the AF NTI Program in San Antonio, TX. This program is designed to significantly improve the responsiveness of the national Intelligence Community (IC) to the needs of Air and Space Component organizations at the operational and tactical levels. The Senior Intel Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for operational processes and procedures of the AF NTI Program and as such must be a professional in communication, organization and operations. **Responsibilities** Essential functions will include: + Perform duties as an AF NTI analyst by monitoring NRT and content-dominant intelligence reporting sources (textual, voice, graphical) and ensuring dissemination of essential items of information to all appropriate AF NTI elements as well as internal and external consumers. + Support AF NTI operational collaboration & coordination efforts as well as analytic oversight and production management within the 616th Operations Center (616 OC). + Provide AF NTI subject matter expertise to include, but not limited to, familiarity with Combat Support Agency (CSA) and Air Force ISR operations; joint and combined AOC processes; aerospace operations planning and associated documents such as Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS); national intelligence collection platforms and processes; airborne, distributed mission and other tactical intelligence collection platforms/systems and processes; cryptologic collection, dissemination, and retrieval systems, national databases and methods; and SIGINT collection management processes and strategies. + Possess basic knowledge of multi-INT collection management processes and strategies. + Monitor SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT, PAI, and CYBER reporting through provided information processing systems and manual database queries. + Disseminate time-critical MULTI-INT threat analysis, target identification, geo-location, and other intelligence products to AF NTI customers in support of dynamic air, space, and information operation to include, but not limited to targeting, Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), personnel recovery, landing and drop zone assessments and threat warning. + Review, research, compile, quality control and distribute, via shared access repositories, AF NTI products including daily summaries, reaction summaries, storyboards, weekly telecon minutes, and weekly activity reports. + Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise-wide AF NTI operational processes and procedures. + Support responses to AF NTI element requests for program support. This effort shall include but is not limited to, SME advice regarding operational and training issues. + Perform research and provide input to the development, implementation, and oversight of AF NTI policy and guidance. + Provide support in the performance of maintenance, ongoing development, and execution of an existing unit-specific Mission Continuity Plan (MCP) to improve and document standardized operational processes and procedures. + Advise and assist Chief, NTI-616 OC Cell, and the Senior Duty Officer (SDO) with directing global AF NTI operations and identifying outages/reduced capabilities limiting mission capabilities against assigned missions. + Research, analyze and apply IC, DoD, and AF policies and directives related to AF NTI operations. + Build effective business processes for day-to-day oversight (monitor and assess) of 16 AF, AF NTI operations to ensure compliance with relevant agency, and Air Force guidance documents. **Qualifications** + Requires a minimum of sxi (6) years of Air Force experience as a cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist, or collector PLUS experience in the following subject areas: + Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers experience/processes. + Aerospace operations planning and associated documents such as Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS). + National intelligence collection platforms and processes. + Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes. + Cryptologic collection, dissemination, and retrieval systems, databases, and methods. + Signals Intelligence National Tactical Integration (SIGNTI) collection management processes and strategies, and a familiarity with other intelligence disciplines' collection management processes and strategies. + United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies, and a familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies. + Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes. + Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or eight-plus years of experience in a related field. + Preferred Air Operations Center (AOC) experience. Physical Demands: + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds + Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time + Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret with CI polygraph level.
