The role involves managing project interfaces, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and maintaining alignment of schedules and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: + Interface Management:Develop and implement plans, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless coordination between project components. + Stakeholder Collaboration:Build relationships with engineers, architects, and contractors; lead interface meetings. + Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. + Quality Assurance:Assess engineering documents and methodologies for quality and compliance. + Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to senior management. + Mentorship & Leadership:Guide junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: + Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred. + Experience:At least 7 years in interface management within metro construction projects, especially underground environments. + Technical Skills:Knowledge of Electerical engineering principles, project management software, and industry standards. + Soft Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong capacity to manage multiple priorities.
