Beacon Hill is partnering with a large client her in the Dallas for a Senior Internal Auditor where the ideal candidate assists in the management of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process, including 404 process documentation, reporting, testing and administration. This individual will research, develop, and implement improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes and internal control procedures. They will be responsible for continually monitor efficiency, effectiveness and use of procedures/controls to properly record transactions in compliance with SOX and GAAP. They will provide support on issues relating to Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, remediation advice, and other compliance areas as requested.
