Our Kforce client, a well-established manufacturing company located in North Andover, MA seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to join their company. This position is scheduled as hybrid Monday-Wednesday in office and Thursday-Friday is remote. Duties and responsibilities: * Audit planning - Develop and execute audit plans * Risk Assessment - Identify and analyze risks related to financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance * Internal Controls - Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls * Reporting and Communications - Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations * Collaboration - Works closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement * Continuous Improvement - Stay up to date with new trends within the audit function
