Senior International Mobility Project Manager

The Senior International Mobility Manager will be responsible for evaluating and implementing the IM operation service outsourcing strategy in Asia. The goal is to enhance and optimize the experience of expatriates, employees, and their families on international assignments.

 

This is a newly created role with a 12-month contract period.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Ensure company IM core model operation process implement-to-end in Asia

familiar with end- to- end IM process and global core model designconduct gap analysis of existing practicepropose roadmap of gap closingEnsure operation excellence not limited to visa, work permit, shipping, schooling, housing, spouse support, banking, tax, insurance etc.Set clear RACI of both internal and external parties and their service level agreement.

 Design and implement employee experience journey for Expats and their families.

Review and propose close loop journey from home country to host country with clear RACI of internal and external partiesEnhance experience on each step of the journey by set clear operation standard and measurement with playbook for both HR, Service provider and employeeDesign vivid User guide with country specifics reflect all necessary information for expats and their family members.Design and operate Expat community for info update salons, country specific updates, life and culture inspiration and support.  Digital platform or e-magazines design.

 Strategize IM operation outsource plan

Evaluate and select vendors for Asia IM operation activity support (visa, immigration, schooling, housing, culture, spouse support) Define country roll out strategy Clear vendor management strategy, quality control and service level agreement monitoring.Hold a bachelor degree on HR, Finance, Statistics, or Enterprise Management;At least 8-10 years of IMM administration related experience;Has prior experience with an international mobility service providerDigital savvy and familiar of content management and community serviceUnderstanding of global mobility policies and practices is essentialStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex mobility issuesUnderstanding of different cultures and the ability to work effectively in a global environmentKnowledgeable of immigration, tax, and employment laws across different countries
