Job Details

The purpose of this position is monitoring stock reliability, initiating, executing and analyzing inventory counts in order to contribute to continuous improvement to increase stock accuracy.

Checking stock transactions.

Instructing employees who perform inventory transactions.

Requesting inventory transactions from operations manager.

Planning and organizing inventory counts.

Performing stock counts.

Analysis of counts.

Root cause analysis on stock differences.

Initiating improvement proposals.

Participation in projects.

Reporting discrepancies.

Creation of management reports for general warehouse performance.

Work is set in shifts alternating every second week: 6:00-15:00 and 11:30-20:00

Warehouse location is in Veghel.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of human management, logistical processes, pharmaceutical quality systems (GDP), health and safety.

HBO working and thinking level.

A clear affinity with integral ICT applications.

Knowledge of the production process.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of and ability to apply the stock ordering system.

English language knowledge.

Working accurately and carefully, with an eye for detail, aimed at preventing mistakes.

Recognizing important information, making connections between data and coming up with alternative solutions and indicating consequences.

Effectively setting goals and priorities and identifying the time, actions and resources required to achieve certain goals.

Continuing to perform effectively under time pressure, in the face of setbacks or disappointment.

The willingness and ability to work with others towards a common goal.

Being able to tackle the tasks, showing commitment and goodwill to achieve set goals, looking for (better) alternatives.
