Join us now!_ + **Location** - Cambridge, MA + **Terms:** 6 month contract w/possibility of extension + **Pay:** $25-29/hr. + **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm **What you will be doing:** + Processing shipping domestic requests compliantly + Contacting researchers if more details / information needed to approve a shipping request + Determination of HTS using HTS tool for compounds and excel spreadsheet for biological and other products + Storing communication in a designated email folder + Using controlled substance tool to check for CS Storing CS and HTS results on G-drive + Download and extract 7501, CI, and FDA data (if applicable) to the G-drive + Review Entries to ensure compliance and accuracy + Communicate with FTN, researchers, and vendors to resolve audit discrepancies + Review export documents to ensure compliance and accuracy such as: value, C/O, HTS, permits + Update Import log **What you bring to the company:** + Client facing experience/Customer service experience + Cycle Counting, SAP, Material Handling ** **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
