Job Description

Transaction Completion

Monitor and prepare related system configuration ready for the right use to manage inventory, being SAP super user relate to inventory transactionMonitor progress or obstacle of timber movement and coordinate with related parties for plan adjustment if necessaryProceed GR or GI both timber, pallet and other products on behalf of authorized parties base on 4-eye principle and segregate of duty principleMonitor and verify transaction reconciliation output as well as raise an issue to start solution development when foundCoordinate and conduct all relate parties who involve in inventory movement to ensure alignment of Inventory management policy and procedure

Stock Count and Stock Discrepancy Treatment

Lead and plan all stock count activities and be a centre of stock count activitiesAnalyse and conclude counting result to proceed other next activities such as PID posting, adjustment memo creation and write-off memo creationLead deep investigation to find out remaining discrepancy route causeProvide related proposal toward adjustment, write-off or other inventory treatmentsMonitor and perform any execution to ensure that inventory adjustment is completed and correct

Other Inventory Management

Provide and monitor periodic report and cascade to stakeholdersInitiate and lead problem solving and improvement relate to inventory management with both internal and external partiesBe a key contributor of additional inventory issue investigationBe a key person contact point of Inventory Management teamBeing Inventory policy & procedure controller
