The main responsibilities will be:

Cash Collection for assigned region and customers according to the definedprocedures and finance principles and legislationOrder releasing within scope of authority in accordance with Desktop Procedures andCredit policyRespond to specific questions from local organizations, customer service, audit,finance reconciliation and invoice processing groups and clarify situations whennecessaryWork with credit reports and monitoring from credit agenciesEvaluating credit risk, making recommendations on and setting credit limitsaccording to the defined proceduresResolving unidentified and unapplied cash according to the defined procedures andfinance principles and legislationFollow-up of collective proceedings (Receiverships, Bankruptcy, Recovery Plan)Reconciliations of Balance sheet (BS) AR accountsPerform all I2C procedures as required, in a timely mannerFollow-up of disputes with the customer service and pricing teamsProduce routine reports and make summaries for GS and affiliate managementProactively suggesting idea’s to improve and automate processes (RPA)Follow-up and drive changes for standardization (across countries)Meet dashboard metrics related to I2CSupport of projectsContact point for the team in case of collection, technical and IT issues or questionsReview, update and creation of system and manual proceduresSelected Account Receivable tasksSelected Credit Management tasks

Qualifications - External

Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills over thephone combined with customer and service orientationAt least 1 year of experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environmentIndependent worker, requiring only occasionally supervisionAbility to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiativeBe flexible to change, resilient and proactiveAbility to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlinesKeen attention to detailStrong persuasion and analytical skillsProficient in the respective cluster language/s (written and oral) good level of English and French (written and oral)Advanced Excel and reporting skills
