Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team, where you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke applications for a wide range of high-profile clients, including leaders in Travel, FinTech, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Government, Logistics, Utilities, and Education.

Concentrix Catalyst is looking for a Senior iOS Software Engineer for a 3 month Fixed Term Hire with the opportunity to extend. You'll work with a group of enthusiastic problem solvers who work collaboratively in cross functional teams across Catalyst projects and client accounts. We build beautiful bespoke solutions  for a range of clients, from high profile companies in Travel, FinTech, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Public Safety Agencies(Government), Logistics, Utilities and Education. What will you day look like with us:

Be a leader and drive development forward, advocating for best practice and pragmatic solutions

Collaboratively take our client's visions from concept to release in as little as a few months and often work together to evolve products for years

Write, and encourage others to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and readable code

Work with modern frameworks like SwiftUI and Combine, and on modern architectures like Clean and Composable Architecture

Be interested in, and have the opportunity to work with other platforms, be it: Android, .NET, AWS, Azure or React Native

Enjoy investigating the root cause, not shy about engaging with SMEs at partners like Apple, Microsoft or AWS to arrive at the best solution

Focus on our native mobile projects, though that won’t stop you from experimenting and working on proof of concepts with wearables, VR/AR and IoT devices

Have opportunities to work on and deliver talks and blog posts, building your profile in the developer community

You will bring:

 At least 6+ years experience as an iOS developer, designing and implementing software solutions using Swift

Great listening skills and clear communication

  Experience working across enterprise solutions, translating business requirements into effective solutions

A proactive and driven nature, motivating you to get the best results

A solid history of always improving your knowledge and skills and improving processes for your organisation

Proficiency with git when collaborating on code bases and Apple’s app submission process (including certificates and provisioning)

The passion to work in a client-facing role

The ability to write code that follows SOLID principles, platform-specific conventions and common design patterns and architectures

An understanding of architectural choices, including the trade-offs for each

Commercial experience in Continuous Integration and writing testable code, simplifying Unit Tests

Knowledge of AGILE - Scrum or Kanban

Bonus - Experience with another platform (e.g. Android, C#.Net or AWS)

Bonus - Functional programming and protocol-oriented programming experience
