This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of  WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Full-time hybrid position – remote work will be considered. Senior IS Applications Analyst, Operations( Back-end & Automation Support) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Azure database, Python, C Sharp and more. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on several complex business automations and/ or reporting requirements. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed reporting solutions and modifies procedures to process data and report efficiently. Typically deals with users to determine appropriate requirements for reporting and automation. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule. Essential responsibilities of this role include: Ability to read, write, configure code, and design for end-to-end service telemetry, alerting and self-healing capabilities. Good knowledge of infrastructure and server products such as Windows Server, Virtualization, SQL Server, Network technologies, Active Directory, and Cloud technologies and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to create technical presentations/documents.  Basic project management. Advises on caregiver, business, and technical requirements.  Uses expertise to design components of a service architecture, and operability and caregiver scenarios that meet compliance standards and KPIs, such as quality, cost, and caregiver expectation. Advises on and incorporates the team’s standards and best practices into all designs to create high-performance, manageable services. Contributes to the design of a service delivery system by evaluating and recommending options for tools, hardware, and processes that enable the team to create a complete system that supports service delivery and meets KPIs. Defines and collects metrics (such as service availability data, performance measures, system health, and long-term trends) to support service intelligence analysis. Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of relevant experience) 5 years of related experience; more preferred. 2 years demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and resilience modeling; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Preferred Qualifications: Azure certification Machine Learning Course or Certification  Experience working with C Sharp, Python and Azure Data Bricks Experience collaborating with multiple teams and good stakeholder management skills.  Strong communication and presentation skills This position is Full-time hybrid position – remote work will be considered.
