Business Process Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The Process Control Platform (PCP) lays the foundation of Process Automation business area with proven and innovative technology. Our mission is to shape the Distributed control systems and digital solutions of tomorrow, PCP is the value generating partner, creating digital control solutions for industries.As a IS Business Analyst you will be responsible for implementation of solutions and analyzing new processes for one of ABB Business areas - Process Control Platform. You will work on requirements from business stakeholders and business process owners. The role is also related to interfacing to the Frontend Business Lines and to collecting and specifying requirements for implementation in the application landscape. You will work with different tools such as, Azure Devops , Business Online (BOL), Order Management System (OMS) and other Office 365 tools on a daily basis.You will be a member of a globally distributed Business Process and Information Systems team with members working across the value chain to support different functions such as R&D, Product Management , Sales , Service etc. As part of your role , you will interact mainly with Global ABB Pricing Managers, Application Product Owners and Developers.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:•Design and create new business requirements in cooperation with business stakeholders•Support in the requirements prioritization process for Business Development Owner •Conduct new SAP Integrations rollout for the next countries •Analyze application issues and address them to the correct teams •Coordination role in UAT session for special projects •Contact person for business stakeholders in relation to application issues•Mentor role for junior team members

Qualifications for the role

3-5 years of relevant professional experienceProven skills in designing and implementing new application business requirementsStrong experience in field of business connections between applications (e.g. OMS, BizTalk etc.)Ability to actively drive roadmaps, related projects and maintenance tasksFluency in written and spoken English
