IS Service Owner – Quality and Operations
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new applications development based on cloud native Microsoft technologies such as PowerApps. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will be supporting Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed IS solution/services. You will cooperate with Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of PowerApps Services. You will collect, document and review business requirements from Business owners and showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area globally.Main stakeholders are ABB internal employees from business and technology area.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDefining the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, and interaction with Business stakeholders and IT teams.•\tLead change management board activities and collaborate with business champions and process owners to continuously improve system usability and customer satisfaction.•\tEngage in requirement engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and aligned with architecture guidelines.•\tLead continuous development and innovation of PowerApps solutions to enable increased solution value realization through new technologies e.g AI•\tSupports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Owners and/or Business Process Owners.•\tStay updated with the latest PowerApps technologies, tools, and best practices.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.This position reports toIS Service Owner – Quality and Operations
Qualifications for the roleYou should have at least 5+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst role. IT background or equivalent in Power Apps and other MSFT Azure technologies Track record in documenting functional and business requirements in an efficient way Ability to challenge and simplify requirements by proposing own ideas Capable to validate and test delivered solutions and conduct acceptance tests with stakeholders and vendors Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices You are at ease communicating fluently in English Collaborative and proactive approach: Work well in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues across different departments and geographies. Global mindset, inter-cultural sensitivity Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development team spread around the world
