Senior IS Program Manager PSJH
Description We are seeking a Senior IS Program Manager PSJH to join our team in Renton, Washington. This role involves managing complex projects under a single program within our industry. You will work collaboratively with various teams and act as the primary contact between executive leadership and the resource managers across all IS teams. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Advise, consult, and manage complex projects under a common objective • Engage with executive leadership and communicate progress of the program • Work with various teams to deploy IS services and technology • Facilitate processes to accomplish complex program objectives, managing change and resolving issues • Plan, organize, direct, and supervise program activities in a manner that achieves customer satisfaction • Manage a program of projects designed to support strategic goals and initiatives • Develop projects within a program in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives • Influence decisions to ensure work toward common objectives • Facilitate strategic planning with internal customers for deployment of information technologies • Ensure projects related to the program are executed in a manner that supports integration and collaboration across the health system. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, both verbal and written • Proven experience in documentation and operations management • Understanding and experience of planning and policy formulation • Knowledge of planning and budgeting processes • Ability to manage projects effectively, including supervising teams • Proficient in giving presentations and communicating with stakeholders • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as 'About Time' • Strong leadership skills and experience in supervising teams • Experience in consulting and performing Ad Hoc financial tasks • Ability to track progress and ensure customer satisfaction • Familiarity with clinical trial operations and strategic planning • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relations • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and C-Suite executives • Strong skills in process improvement and resolving issues • Knowledge of HealthCare.gov and its functionalities • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
