Job Description:

Accountabilities:
The TDS IT Singapore Application Support was established to provide follow the sun Level 2 production system support including:

Strong knowledge on Murex MX3/G2000 in FX Cash and Commodity moduleSupporting the Front Office FXC, FXO, Precious and Base Metal Trading deskProvide End-to-End production application support with ITIL scopeCan able to handle incidents in a timely fashion and track till closure.Should manage Problem management for recurring incidents.Will participate in change and release management for the production deliveryParticipate weekly Murex vendor call, action plans, follow-up's on problems.Knowledge on FX Cash, Derivative Products (Future, SWAP and OPTIONs contracts).Knowledge on Capital market and Trading Life Cycle.Understanding & prior experience of full end to end system support in Price quote, trade confirmations, settlement, P&L modules.Experience and supporting Electronic Trade Risk Reporting and Confirmation process.

Technical/Functional skill and requirement

Engineering or Computer Science preferred with relevant industry experienceExperience in providing technical support for FX Cash, Option, Base Metals and Precious Metals desks within an investment bank is a plusExperience supporting live Murex Trading and Risk AnalyticsDataMart and ReportingMXML/WorkflowsPreTrade Rule, eTradepad/STB and Murex Simulation.Price, Rate Curves, indices, generators, bonds, Plvar and pricingReview of yield curves, RTI feeds, Cache and associated generatorsMDRS/MDCSMarket data processP&L reports for traders and financial controlTrade events and expected behaviour of P&L and risk analysis.Market Operations and trade workflowsUser access rights and access provisionMLCLegacy OLK/Murfi ModulesVar/Risk MatricesGood knowledge in Java, JBPM, Sybase, SQL , scheduling Tool ,Windows, Unix and scriptingHands on ITIL Process: Incident, Problem and Change ManagementApplication monitoring(ITRS)Strong oral and written communicationReady to work on weekend as per production system demand.Excellent team player
