About the team
We are currently utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and are seeking support specifically for the Employee Central (EC) module. In addition to EC, we have also activated other modules including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Succession & Development.

 

Your Tasks:

Working closely together in a team of inhouse SuccessFactors consultants Function as a SuccessFactors Integration analyst supporting existing integration scenarios focusing on HR and be a SuccessFactors integration contact in the region. Support SAP SuccessFactors projects by taking over work packages.Analyze, document and resolve SuccessFactors Integration errors. Resolve integration relevant incidents by participating in our incident support process. Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems. Monitor existing master data system integrations to local payroll solutions in the region.Analyze, document, and resolve master data integration errors.

 

Your Profile:

Completed studies in computer science or comparable as well as several years of professional experience in a relevant environment. 2-5 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred. Experience in support and system operations. SAP ABAP skills Excellent communications and team skills High commitment and motivation to take on new tasks and bear the responsibility for them
