Senior IT Asset Management Consultant
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Implementation SME responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction on a hardware and software asset management modernization effort supporting TSA. This role involves overseeing the transition from TSA's legacy ITAM system (Sunflower) to ServiceNow, ensuring the platform and its ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules are optimized to meet TSA's mission-critical needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to align goals, provide expert guidance on bast practices and ensure compliance with federal IT regulations. Strong communication, strategic planning, and technical expertise in ServiceNow are essential. Day to Day: * Provide advisory input on best practices for module configuration, workflows, and integration points within ServiceNow. * Develop optimization strategies for ITAM (IT Asset Management) to replace the legacy Sunflower system effectively. * Review and refine ServiceNow workflows, ensuring alignment with organization operational needs. Meet with stakeholders to review progress on the ServiceNow implementation, gather feedback, and align on priorities. * Participate in daily stand-ups or status calls with project teams to track module development and integration progress. * Analyze and refine business and technical requirements for ITAM/SAM/HAM/ITBM/ITOM modules. * Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations and TSA mission needs. * Document and communicate gaps or risks in requirements and propose solutions. * Support, develop, and update best practices and analytics to support the analysis of hardware and software asset resources, portfolios, data, license compliance and optimization, contract management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. * Support the implementation of an integrated framework for support on software and hardware asset management, using dashboards, workflow, and processes. Tracking systems and methodologies and automation mechanisms. * Support the strategy, oversight, development, and use of IT automation supported by legacy and emerging tools and platforms for all aspects IT asset and portfolio management. * Oversee testing and validation of module functionality to ensure a seamless user experience and proper integration. * Monitor ServiceNow performance and troubleshoot issues with integrations or workflows. * Prepare reports and technical documentation to track implementation progress, compliance with federal IT regulations, and system optimizations. * Draft or refine user guides, SOPs, or training materials for stakeholders and end-users. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: * TSA Public Trust, Active DHS Suitability, or ability to be cleared. * Bachelor's degree * 5+ year of ServiceNow implementation consulting experience. * 6+ YOE working with SAM/HAM and ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules with the purpose enhancing integration points and SNOW workflows * Experience supporting a federal customer Pluses: * One of the following certifications: PMP, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) * Software licensing and/or software licensing management * Experience with data modeling and visualization tools i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik * Familiarity with federal acquisition policy requirements, ITAR processes and procedures * Excellent writing capabilities and experience writing client facing documents such as analysis reports, SOPS, trainings etc. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
