Job Description:
Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for organizing all the business and administrative activities that support the day-to-day operations of Cambria’s IT organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and document IT business operations and processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Facilitate and coordinate effective communications both within and on behalf of the department.
Ensure financial transactions are properly processed, allocated, and measured including engaging outside vendors and partners in the purchasing process.
Deliver IT Department KPIs and Metrics while ensuring the security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
Calendar management for IT leaders with attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness and alignment to the leaders’ priorities and commitments.
Facilitate completion of monthly personal expense reports for IT staff.
Assist with onboarding and training of new IT staff members.
Administer IT contracts and agreements and assist in the management of vendor relationships.
Lead effort to monitor, receive, and invoice supplies and equipment in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience developing reports and data visualizations to articulate and summarize the financial transactions of a technology department.
Proficient in Google Workspace applications and Zoom, with deep experience in calendaring and scheduling.
Experience planning department or team events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, planning and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to demonstrate initiative, prioritize work and meet deadlines
Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Business degree or equivalent
Experience:
Experience working in an IT department in an office administration role.
Four (4) or more years of purchasing, receiving and/or invoicing experience
Four (4) or more years of accounting and business principles. Experience carrying out transactions in Oracle EBS a plus.
Four (4) or more years working as an Executive Assistant.
Systems: Google Workspace, Oracle EBS, Zoom, Tableau
