The Senior IT Business Analyst for Medtronic, Inc. will sit at the facility in Northridge, CA and will be responsible for delivering and supporting IT solutions to support within the Digital Technology, Diabetes Business group. Will apply functional knowledge of multiple multiple SAP Modules for analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of complex IT systems. 


A Day in the Life
Drive business requirements elicitation, solution option selection, User acceptance testing and other project affiliated activities. Engage with end users as necessary to troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution. Work with technical and testing team to perform warm hand off, test data creation, test scenario identification, end user training. Own and provide support for informal and formal testing activities such as unit, system integration and User Acceptance Testing as necessary. Generate necessary MSCM documents in Agile MAP, Polarion and own the release activities. Collaborate with enterprise counterparts for various projects. Perform a dual role of project Co-Ordinator and Business Analyst based on project needs. Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements. Configure system settings and options, ensure that the solution meets business needs. Create comprehensive technical, training and validation documents. Map business processes with Visio, Miro or similar tools. Other duties may be assigned.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Requires 4+ years of experience with a with a High School Diploma or equivalent or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have Previous Medtronic experience Experience in Medical Device, Life sciences or other regulated Industry. SAP ECC 6.0  Warehouse Management configuration experience – Pick, pack, ship, putaway, replenishment, Transfer Orders Knowledge of WM, Materials Management, and logistics execution Experience with XPS or other carrier integration tools from SAP. Familiarity with RF scanning technologies, and barcode labels. Supply chain experience with 3PL partner. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities on multiple platforms. Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve goals and objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative attitude with a problem- solving mindset. Eagerness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge. Hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
