In this role will be responsible for the below:Need to to understand and decipher the business requirements on assinged projects (sometimes multiple assignments) across a range of Infrastructure Portfolios to a level of detail that they can be developed or deployed against.Drive Stakeholder Confirmation/Management/Build relationshipsSupport Project team with Scope DefinitionDrive Process Flow Definition / mapping (Current and Future State)Define Target state (TOM) for new products applications, perfrom Operational Design and Impact AnalysisPerform detailed Gap and Data AnalysisLead on Requirements Elicitation (Facilitating, Challenging and Documenting), this includes: Epic confirmation, User Story creation ,Refinement with Architectual/Development teams, Non Functional RequirementsSupport delivery teams with submitting test cases and scenarios and overall support during User Acceptance Testing

Understand priorities and speak up when identifying risks and also be able to identify problems and suggest viable solutions.Speak up / Being capable of challenging the business using strong rationaleBe proficient in MS office / Word, Excel, PPT, Visio (or other tools), experience in Jira/confluence is also essential.Project Experience -Experience in Agile projects isessential.End2end project lifecycle experience isessential.Experience inInfrastructure projects or other large scale complicated projects is essential. IT Service /management certification isbeneficial.
