As a BTS Compliance Manager in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to co-create compliant technological solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better. The BTS Compliance Manager provides guidance and direction to various areas within US Commercial BTS, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and procedures. The BTS Compliance Manager leads compliance efforts across multiple projects and client areas. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in IT compliance, project management, security compliance and data analytics. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. + Ensuring adherence with all relevant BTS policies, regulations, corporate standards, system development procedures and practices + Interpreting and communicating systems compliance requirements, regulations, procedures across the US BTS Commercial functions + Leading and managing IT compliance projects across multiple client areas from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope + Investigating and resolving compliance issues and incidents, documenting findings and corrective actions + Creating compliance dashboards and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improving compliance strategies + Enforcing and advocating secure, safe, compliant development protocols and supporting the deployment of secure systems and solutions + Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on operational performance monitoring, audits, and leading industry best practices + Developing and delivering training programs to educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 8 years experience; Master's Degree with 7 years experience + Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance, supplier management, quality assurance, risk management or related business function + Minimum 3+ years of supervisory and managerial experience in a Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or medical device organization + Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing senior internal business and functional leaders + Proven expertise in compliance strategy development, risk management, assessing, and mitigating compliance and cybersecurity risks + Strong project management, data analytics, problem-solving, and leadership skills + Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Beneficial + CISA, CRISC, CISSP or CISM certification + Data Analytics and Visualization tools such as Power BI Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ + The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
