PL 19 - $152,300 – $203,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

 

The Global Cellulose Fiber (GCF) business is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the alignment, delivery, and support of our Finance, Human Resources, and Legal business applications. This role is critical as GCF transitions from a corporate shared service model to establishing independent IT services. This role will enable solutions and services for 7 locations, 3000+ users, 118+ applications, with a budget of $3-7MM annually.

 

 

Develop and implement a plan to establish independent IT services using internal and external resources. Develop a strategic roadmap to modernize core applications, ensuring they meet current and future business needs. Manage and lead a team of IT professionals. Lead strategic planning of IT applications to enhance business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize application needs. Align IT services with business goals to generate value. Use data analytics to generate insights and improve decision-making. Establish and deliver Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators. Manage delivery of IT solutions on time and within budget. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage the budget for business applications, including cost control and financial reporting.

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

10-15+ years of proven information technology management in application strategy, business relationship management, or application solution delivery Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Post-graduate degree a plus. Proven experience in IT management and people development, especially in finance, human resources, and legal applications. Strategic thinking to align IT services with business objectives. Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service management. SAP experience in finance and human resources modules. Demonstrated technical acumen of IT systems, including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Strong understanding of the financial implications of decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
