Join our Division of IT Endpoint Team and put your expertise to work! As a Senior IT Professional I, you will l ead and coach a specialized IT support team, providing expert-level troubleshooting and technical support to Texas A&M University faculty, staff, and students. Ensure exceptional customer service, research and resolve issues, and assist with new technology and projects. Investigate and resolve advanced user issues, collaborate with specialized teams, and provide senior-level guidance and training. Escalate tickets as needed and prepare for senior-level roles. Engage professionally with campus members, promote a culture of responsiveness, and lead the delivery of IT services through monitoring, feedback, and continual service improvements. Provide guidance and training on IT Service Management tools, respond to customer communications, manage incidents, and assist with documentation. Offer technical guidance on system security and data protection. Develop standard operating procedures, mentor student technicians, and participate in professional development activities. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do: + Provides technical oversight for the application of and compliance with Division of IT technical standards, Security Controls, and University Standard Administrative Procedures + Performs specialized technical duties in support of client services and will serve under the leadership of the Division's Statewide Client Services. Salary: $ 66,000 - $68,200 Schedule: Monday – Friday, onsite position in College Station, Texas .
