**Role Overview** **Sodexo** is seeking a **Senior IT Program Manager - ERP Finance & Supply implementation** to transform how we do business This is a **remote** role with 25% travel and with the preferred candidate located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone The IT Senior Program Manager is responsible for executing medium to large programs (collection of linked projects) to achieve the project objectives and optimum results, in compliance with the requirements formulated in the business case and in the project charter, in terms of quality, performance, cost, delivery and security. Will be accountable for maintaining the progress and the productive interactions of the project stakeholders to reduce or eliminate the overall risk of failure of the project. Is also in charge of liaising regularly with the program sponsor(s), program committee(s) and the Project Management Office to provide the relevant level of reporting and information required for decision-making **What You'll Do** + Review the Project and Program Document (Charter, Project Origination Proposal, etc.) to ensure accuracy at the start of the program/project + Formulate an adapted program plan and corresponding project plan(s) for each program stream to reach the program objectives and benefits within the defined frame + Understand interdependencies between project streams and other competing efforts + Identify detailed project(s) team, resources and allocation + Engage stakeholders and define roles and responsibilities + Define a communication strategy between program stakeholders/project streams and set up project governance and instances + Organize and hold program level and project workstream level execution kick-off meeting(s) + Ensure commitment to the program and project workstreams from team members, customers or stakeholders + Execute the program and corresponding projects plan(s) from planning to closing + Ensure the circulation and distribution of information regarding program and project management + Mediate in the event of any differences between the team and other stakeholders + Keep the stakeholder notified of program and project workstream milestones and evolution through regular project status report **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
