This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in managing complex projects, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering on commitments using Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities Collaborate with technical and business leaders to define project scope, schedule, budget, and benefits.Identify and secure necessary resources for successful project execution.Manage Agile or Waterfall project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with solution scope.Develop and review project requirements with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads.Facilitate cross-departmental project activities to meet delivery timelines.Oversee project testing, implementation, and Go-Live activities.Escalate risks and issues to leadership promptly.Create and maintain project financials in SAP, PPM, and Excel.Deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements Post-secondary education in Commerce/Business, Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science.Significant experience leading large, multi-stakeholder information systems projects.Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project and proficiency in MS Office.Proven experience in software and technology development projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Iterative methodologies.Skilled in SOW development, vendor management, and contract negotiations.Strong ability to align business/technical strategies with project goals and communicate effectively with governing bodies. Benefits and Perks Pay Rate: $65.00 – $80.00 per hourHealth, Dental, and Life InsuranceIndustry-competitive pay ratesTraining and growth opportunities Your New Organization Join a highly respected organization headquartered in Kansas City, MO, that values professional growth and teamwork.
