 Post-secondary education in Commerce/Business, Engineering, Technology or Computer ScienceSignificant experience leading large, multi-stakeholder information systems projectsDemonstrated expertise of project management planning tools (MS Project preferred) and MS Office products Experience managing software and technology development projects using primary Iterative, Agile or Waterfall Project methodologiesExperience in understanding business / technical strategies and communicating these needs to the governing bodies, to ensure projects and services are delivered as agreedExperience leading statement of work (SOW) development, participating in contract negotiations, and managing Vendors and materials delivery
WHAT WILL YOU DO?Work with technical and business leaders to define project scope, schedule, budget, and benefitsIdentify and negotiate project resource requirements Plan and execute one or more Agile or Waterfall projects as solution scope requiresDevelop project estimate using Agile software development estimation techniquesStakeholder identifications and management activitiesDevelop and review project requirements with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Technical LeadsEnsure that project delivery and testing completion alignmentFacilitate cross-departmental project delivery activities to ensure timely delivery datesPlan project implementations, facilitate implementation dry runs, and lead Go live activitiesEscalate material issues and risks to leadership in a timely fashionEnsure that Organizational Change Management and Transition to Support activities are completedFollow IS PMO processes regarding deliverables, stage gates, and controls Create and maintain project financials in SAP, PPM and ExcelPresentations to senior management WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
