Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our Information Technology Group in our Fairfax, VA office. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detailed project plans for large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple resource teams Facilitates all checkpoint control gates through the lifecycle of the projectPrepare and present progress reports for project stakeholdersCreates risk mitigation strategies to anticipate, assess and resolve project risks as they are encounteredImplement a project communication planProvide motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycleAble to manage multiple projects that may vary in scope simultaneouslySchedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration and resource availabilityMaintain project-related documentation which may include contracts, invoices, or payment records Required Skills & Required Experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plusExperience with implementation of CRM or HRM systems a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with leadershipStrong customer service, research, and organizational skillsConfident and effective interpersonal and time management skillsAbility to work with all levels of the organization including executive leadershipUtilize BI (Business Intelligence) tools for reports, dashboards, and charts 15 or more years’ experience*At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.
