Description
Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the execution of digital and web projects within designated timelines and budgets.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Coordinate with regional leads and core departments across multiple time zones to ensure timely execution of global projects.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines in all project management activities.
• Create project and procedure templates to streamline project execution.
• Gather and report information and data on a regular basis to keep all relevant parties informed.
• Master the use of Project Management Software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Facilitate inter-department communication & coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and project success.
Requirements • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager for a minimum of 5 years.
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and team members.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear articulation of project goals and progress.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in IT project management and Agile Scrum would be advantageous.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system security.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
