Your mission will be… Provide Level 1 and 2 help desk support for IT incidents and requests, including analysis and problem resolutionProactively monitor the IT production environment according to KPIsContribute to the creation and updating of Application documentationCollect and scrutinize business requirementsDesign IT solutions that align with business processes and architectural recommendationsDesign and conduct functional tests throughout development and prior to launchEngage in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Solution Expert ChapterOptimize existing solutions and processes, e. g. by process harmonization, consolidation of applications, interfaces, and other IT ServicesOptimize operations while ensuring that regulatory and security requirements as well as agreed service levels are metProvide trainings to our end usersBe part of our excellent collaboration team, together with our internal and external stakeholders 
We are looking for someone with… Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business or Business information systems, or equivalent education qualificationYou have an excellent IT Know-How and experience in Financial Services (e. g. Controlling and Financial Reporting, Financial Instruments, Leasing and Factoring Business, Risk Management and Risk Controlling Business) and related processes gathered through relevant work experiencesYou gained 5-7 years professional experience in IT projects especially with global banking / treasury systems as well as knowledge of SQL, ideally you have at least 2 years experience in LoanIQYou have experience as member of an international, virtual team and working with external partnersYou have experience in operations and development of IT applications (e. g. ITIL), ideally ITIL certificateAnalytical information processing and decision-making competencesStrong customer orientationProfessional communication and presentation skillsEnglish fluent in speech and writing
