Job Description The Senior IT Sourcing Analyst role is hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 remote days based out of Dallas, TX. It involves working with various suppliers to achieve cost efficiency, high quality, and long-term synergies. The Senior IT Sourcing Analyst will identify new suppliers and capture cost-saving opportunities through market awareness and negotiations. They will participate in new product development by selecting materials and suppliers, and provide data-driven feedback on supplier performance. Additionally, they will assist in data gathering and analysis for key purchasing decisions, fostering good relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Understanding suppliers processes to identify mutually beneficial opportunities is crucial. The role also includes building and issuing consumption forecasts to suppliers and internal groups, and developing sourcing strategies that balance short-term and long-term benefits. Overall, the position will review IT spend to identify opportunities, partner with IT stakeholders to review upcoming requirements, and manage renewal negotiations of existing software/hardware agreements. This role will conduct RFPs as needed for new or replacement software/hardware, manage input of project savings data, track contract expirations, and identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
