Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Serves as the first point of contact for all IT support related issues; performs remote troubleshooting and assistance to all Polly staff  Manage and maintain OS image repository for rapid PC deploymentAssist with monthly security vulnerability scanning and remediationManage and administer various user accounts for all IT supported business critical systemsAudit user accounts on a regular basis Assist with network/security configurations and monitoring Identity and evaluate new products and technologies to improve business workflow and user productivityAssist with day to day purchasing activitiesCreate scripts, automations and assist with custom development activities for third party applicationsWorks on technical projects as assigned by Director, Information Technology

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work-related experience  Proficient understanding of Windows and Mac related Operating Systems.Proficient in supporting CRM and VOIP telephony systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving related skillsMust be able to communicate technical problems in an easy to understand, straight forward mannerStrong understanding of cloud offerings such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager (Intune MDM), Azure ADAzure Active Directory administration Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and other related networking tools and concepts Familiarity with tools such as LastPass, OneDrive, and TeamViewerAbility to resolve hardware related issues; perform hardware diagnostics and assist with hardware replacement(s) as neededWorking knowledge of Powershell and other scripting languagesPassionate about delighting stakeholders and end users; an exceptional customer experience is our #1 top priority
