Senior IT Support Analyst – Client Asset Reporting

We're looking for an experienced Business Application Support Analyst to join our IT L2 application support team and:

• support business applications along the business process and across several technical domains working together with business operations, IT operations, product owners and developers
• analyze incident impact, identify probable root cause and define workarounds
• drive problem management and continual improvement of business applications and processes
• ensure coordination and communication by upholding high incident and problem management standards for a timely issue resolution
• implement improvements on application automations, monitoring, statistics and telemetry
• uphold a knowledge database and contribute your subject matter expertise of supported IT products and services to stakeholders
