The TR Senior Systems Analyst operates under the guidance of the Tech Spec II and TR Enterprise Architect, to assist in aligning recovery operations with organizational goals, providing critical support to the TR program's overall success. In addition, this position will be highly focused on analytics, dashboarding, and system monitoring to maintain a resilient IT infrastructure. Assists with and participates in leadership, coordination and management of activities required to operate, direct or advise a Mayo department or equivalent organizational structure. Coordinates project, division and/or department budgets and provides appropriate financial reports and metrics for making department decisions. Independently manages multiple large-scale internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close, including resource management, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance and change control. Must have broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes in order to make necessary decisions regarding hardware, software or technology agreements. May serve as subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals on behalf of Mayo Clinic. Routinely interfaces with department committees and executive leadership and provides performance reports with strategic recommendations. May serve as liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative for Mayo Clinic in national industry events. Ensures communication between and among business proponents, stakeholders and Leadership regarding assignments. Leads or contributes to the improvement of established guidelines, tools, templates and methodologies. Demonstrates effective group facilitation, team building and conflict resolution skills. Develops proposals and business plans that ensure quality IT solutions and delivery. **_Key Responsibilities:_** • Analyze and monitor systems to ensure a secure backup and recovery environment. • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into system performance and resilience. • Conduct recovery testing and planning to ensure that recovery procedures are accurate, effective, and current. • Participate in the execution of projects aimed at improving technology resilience, cyber resilience, and disaster recovery. • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including risk management team members, information security professionals, and senior IT leaders, to achieve seamless recovery operations. ***This position is 100% remote work. Individual may live anywhere in the US.** ****This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.** **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree with 5 years technology or business administration experience, OR Associates degree with 7 years technology or business administration experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field preferred. **Additional Qualifications:** • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights. • Experience in developing and managing dashboards for system monitoring. • Proven track record in recovery testing and planning. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
