UST is looking for Senior Java Developer with an active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance in Melbourne, Australia. 

Key Responsibilities

Work with the client to undertake analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities. Perform analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutions. Lead detailed design sessions from a technical perspective Estimate time-to-deliver and effort required to deliver the functional requirements. Define software and technical designs for the realisation of high complexity custom solutions or conversion and migration solutions. Understand and incorporate CI/CD pipeline into development Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in software development. Escalate issues as identified and suggest alternative approaches. Provide comprehensive technical support to senior staff. Develop documentation for review by senior staff including technical documentations and progress reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of project experience with software development and consulting in Enterprise environments. 3+ years of enterprise Java development experience and familiarity with Spring and Spring Boot. 3+ years of enterprise JavaScript development experience, such as Node.JS, Angular.JS and REACT/Typescript. 2+ years of development experience in CI/CD pipeline, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkin, Bamboo. Good understanding and experience practitioner of Git flow.
