Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of robust Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies * Senior Java Lead will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions * Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle * Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability * Lead technical discussions and provide recommendations on solutions, architecture, and improvements * As a Senior Java Lead, you will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables * Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process and technical expertise * Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems, APIs, and microservices architectures
