Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Charlotte, NC.We are searching for a Sr. Java Developer who has the skills and experience to participate and contribute in all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle. Extensive development work experience is required to design, develop and test application and interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail to provide web development support to enable design, development, and implementation for the project.

 

Responsibilities:

 Participate in customer team meetings and discussions to understand business and technical requirements. Apply technical expertise to recommend technical solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.Work with team member to develop a Web 2.0 Rich User Interface in accordance with design specifications, user interface style guides and established usability standards.Develop RESTful web services using Spring Framework,Develop web application using frameworks like free marker and automDevelop code that is cross-browser/cross-platform UI compatible and troubleshoot associated issues.Deploying  the application on Weblogic sever.Maintain cutting edge knowledge of current and emerging technologies, industry trends and standards, modern web browser capabilities, compatibility issues, W3C standards compliance and accessibility issues.Support existing applications using the following technology: XHTML, Ajax, JSPs, Java, Struts-2, Spring MVC, XML/XSLT, XForms, Maven and Eclipse.Education Requirements for the PositionA Bachelor’s Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent in a related field of Study is required with related experience.
